Top-Grain Leather: The Highest Quality

Dellovo footwear is crafted from full-grain leather, the outermost and finest layer of the animal hide. This is the part of the leather that is neither sanded nor artificially corrected; it retains its natural grain intact and preserves all its original fibers.

This means: greater mechanical strength, better natural elasticity, superior breathability, and the ability to conform to the foot without losing its structure. Unlike corrected or regenerated leathers, full-grain leather does not fray, crack, or lose its shape with use. Over time, it develops an authentic patina that enhances the shoe’s appearance, making it unique.

Smooth calfskin

Suede

Wash-tanned buffalo leather

The leather gradually adapts to the individual’s foot shape without compromising support. When cared for properly with the right products, Dellovo shoes made from full-grain leather retain their shape and structure for up to six years, do not lose their shape, and improve in appearance with use. Dellovo soles, selected for durability and comfort, are designed to ensure an average lifespan of up to approximately 1,000 km, which varies depending on use and surface, but is indicative of a lifespan exceeding the industry standard.
