Dellovo shoes fit true to size, so buy the size you usually wear.

Are the belts one size fits all?

Yes, the belts are one size fits all, but you can easily adjust them to your size. The process is simple: turn the belt over and, using a small screwdriver, unscrew the screw on the back of the buckle; then cut the belt to the desired length and screw the screw back onto the back of the buckle.

What is the best way to care for the leather on footwear and accessories?

You can purchase one of our kits for smooth or suede leather; inside you will find all the products you need to care for your leather properly. On the website, you can also repurchase individual products separately from the complete kit.

In Italy and Europe via UPS courier.

What are the delivery times?

3 to 5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

In Italy, it is free for orders over €100 (under €100, there is a €10 charge), and €15 in other European countries.

Any duties imposed by European countries are payable by the recipient.

Can I change the delivery address for my order?

In Italy, you can change the delivery address up to 5 hours after UPS has confirmed shipment by calling 02 30303039.

How can I request a return?

Go to the contact section and fill out the form; select "returns" from the drop-down menu and enter the order number in the dedicated field. Fill out the message field indicating which item(s) you want to return and the reason. Returns are free of charge.

How do I make a return?

Place the products you wish to return in the packaging in which you received the goods and use the return shipping label you received. Call UPS and schedule a pickup. The reference numbers are listed under "Can I change the delivery address for my order?"

How many days after delivery can a product be returned?

Within 14 days of delivery of the goods.
To be returned, the product must be intact and complete in all its parts, including packaging and labels/cards, and accompanied by the return form. The right of withdrawal is forfeited if any of the above conditions are not met.

I purchased a pair of shoes but would like to change the size.

Go to the contact section and fill out the form; select "returns" from the drop-down menu and enter the order number in the dedicated field. Fill out the message field specifying which item(s) you want to exchange and what size you would like to receive.

I ordered a maintenance kit and one or more products were damaged during shipping.

In this case, you can return the entire kit, but we ask that you do not open or use the other unopened products. Fill out the message field indicating which item(s) you want to return and the reason. Returns are free of charge.

What are the refund times for returns?

The refund will be made after the returned goods have been checked and within 14 days of receipt of the goods at our warehouses; the refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

What are the payment methods?

You can purchase using a credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and Magic. With Magic, you can pay with a 20% discount (up to €12) on your first purchase if you have never used this payment method before and it is not associated with a phone number.

Can I request an invoice?
