Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without having to provide any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you, take physical possession of the last item ordered.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, log in to your account at https://account.dellovo.it and request a return or cancellation from the Orders section. Alternatively, you can notify us by sending an explicit statement.

Restituzione dei prodotti
Devi restituire i prodotti entro 14 giorni dalla data in cui ci hai comunicato la tua decisione di recedere.

Rimborso
Provvederemo al rimborso entro 14 giorni dal ricevimento dei prodotti restituiti, utilizzando lo stesso mezzo di pagamento usato per l'acquisto. Il rimborso include le spese di spedizione standard originali.

Spese di restituzione
Le spese di restituzione sono a carico del cliente, salvo diversa indicazione.

Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products, sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened, or digital content provided on a non-tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer’s explicit consent.

Offriamo un periodo di reso di 14 giorni per gli acquisti online (dalla data di ricevimento dell'ordine) - weekend e festivi esclusi. I resi sono gratuiti e vengono effettuati tramite le etichette di reso. 

Ricorda che tutti gli articoli restituiti non devono mostrare segni di utilizzo e devono avere le etichette originali attaccate. I rimborsi vengono elaborati entro 14 giorni dalla data di ricevimento presso il nostro magazzino, tramite lo stesso metodo di pagamento.

How to request a return

If you made a purchase as a “guest”:

If you made a purchase by creating an account:

  • Select the order you want to return from the “Orders” section and click “Return”
  • You will receive an email confirming your return and providing instructions on how to return the product.


Change Size

You can request a size exchange by sending an email to info@dellovo.it, specifying your order number and the new size.
We will reply with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
