DELIVERY
Subject to the provisions of the preceding section titled “Product Availability” and except in cases of extraordinary circumstances, we undertake to do everything in our power to ship the order for the product(s) indicated in the relevant Shipping Confirmation within 5 business days and, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation. However, delays may occur for various reasons, such as unforeseen circumstances or the delivery location. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery deadlines, we will notify you and offer you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date, or to cancel the order, with a full refund of the amount paid.
